Inspired by the following post http://attepicfail.tumblr.com/post/657942563/update-chopped-a-few-seconds-off-the-audio-file, I decided to write the following to AT&T’s ceo Randall Stephenson.
“Mr Stephenson,
Inspired by the following post http://attepicfail.tumblr.com/post/657942563/update-chopped-a-few-seconds-off-the-audio-file, I too will be moving to Sprint & HTC EVO. After 10 years with AT&T your company’s lack of support for the iPhone, recent data plan changes, and higher early termination fees I have to say goodbye. It’s a shame that in heat of losing iPhone exclusivity you choose to nickel and dime your customers instead of giving us reasons to stay. Pending the June 7th announcement @ WWDC 2010 I will make my final move.
You don’t need to send me a cease and desist as this will be my first and final email to you.
